At JLab, we stand by the quality of our audio gear and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not 100% happy, you can return your items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  After submitting your request, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to print and attach to your return package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging including all accessories and manuals, then drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
